Our Printformer Suite is regularly updated and partially improved in order to meet the latest requirements of our customers. After having already given an overview of the improvements of the new admin area of the printformer in a previous blog post, we now turn to the Closed Shop area and its latest optimizations. Closed Shop" refers to systems that are only accessible to a certain group of people, e.g. those that are reserved for existing customers. Alternatively, products can also be assigned here to specific users or user groups. Depending on the user, the products can then also differ in price. See for yourself what improvements are waiting for you here!

New design and structural improvements

In contrast to the previous stand, we have given the design in the Closed Shop a facelift, similar to the design in the admin area. Due to a clearer structure of the interface, a clean design without unnecessary elements, the focus is now clearly on the product. In addition to these visual improvements, we have also made some structural adjustments. It is now possible to allocate products to a specific user or user group and thus make the selection process more efficient. Furthermore, by using projects, designs and product configurations can now be saved with an individual project name for later access, in order to further minimize the time required for planning and preparation. The possibility of using user attributes is another of the new features. Business cards, for example, can be individualized with the correct data without any problems and without the need for the user to enter the user data. It is now also possible for the user to easily maintain and keep his addresses up to date in the account. If individualisations are cancelled, the user now has access to cancelled processes.

Additional shipping methods and improved order overview

Through new filter functions, the user now has even faster access to his previous orders and gets a better overview in his user account. This way, completed orders can be selected and subsequently tracked. The current version of the shopping cart now also offers the user a choice of different shipping methods, which ensure more flexible shipping processing within the system.

The theme of the Closed Shop can be applied to a wide range of applications and offers a multitude of possibilities to provide access to selected products or product variations exclusively to precisely defined target groups.
