With the new global editing feature, you can select and edit several blocks of a template together. This makes it easy to optimize even complex designs with just a few clicks.

You can easily activate the text blocks, image blocks and shapes together using the selection frame or shift key and align them to the desired edge with one click.

The selected blocks can be moved, rotated or deleted together. If one of the actions is not permitted for one or more blocks in the selection in the settings, only the controls that are available for all blocks are activated.

For text blocks, you can adjust the font, font size and other font properties together. The alignment of the text blocks is based on the size of the text frame, not on the current text length. If the text frame is too large or too small for the new font, it must be adjusted manually so that the text block can be aligned correctly. Please note the "Text will be cut off" note from the editor.

If several blocks of the same type are activated, the color can be adjusted for text blocks and shapes and the transparency can be adjusted for all blocks. If different settings are defined in the selected blocks, only the controls that are available for all blocks are displayed.

Materialien wie Wochenmenüs, Eventprogramme oder Aktionsflyer müssen oft aktualisiert werden. Mit den Tags können Sie bestimmen, welche Art von Bildern oder Grafiken in die Bildblöcke platziert werden dürfen. Werden die Blöcke durch Systemmedien befüllt, können die BenutzerInnen nur die Bilder verwenden, die den Tag erhalten, der für den Block definiert ist. Ob gedruckt oder digital, so bleiben Ihre Marketingmaterialien und Unterlagen immer einheitlich und elegant.

Um zu vermeiden, dass falsche Bilder in die Bildblöcke platziert werden, können Sie mit den Tags Bildkategorien definieren, und das sogar innerhalb von einem Medienset. So können in die Blöcke, für die der Tag festgelegt ist, nur Bilder denen dieser Tag zugewiesen ist, platziert werden, wie etwa nur Vorspeisen oder nur Locations.

Über Tags können Sie auch das gewünschte Bildformat definieren. So vermeiden Sie, dass in einen Querformat-Bilderblock Hochformat-Bilder landen und dadurch Layoutfehler entstehen.

Mit Tags können Sie auch definieren, welche Art von Grafiken in die Bildblöcke platziert werden darf. So können BenutzerInnen zum Beispiel nur Logos oder nur dekorative Elemente verwenden.
